I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples and families in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives, and I am a vessel to hold and process what comes up within our sessions, within your life. I practice with a narrative and psychodynamic perspective, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) approach. Attachment theory and our attachment wounds we carry with us are also a part of my practice with clients.

The relationship and rapport between therapist and client is very important to me. I am personable, direct yet gentle, and use humor within my sessions. I always check in with my clients, and never assume I know what is best for them.
